Our story
The Concierge Service was born from a personal experience — that of Paul-Antoine Mocchi, an entrepreneur and consultant who has been based in Panama for over 11 years. Arriving in Latin America to develop business projects and support European companies in their expansion, he quickly understood the real challenges faced by expatriates: complex administrative procedures, housing searches, cultural adaptation, and the choice of trustworthy partners.
Over the years, Paul-Antoine has built a strong local network of lawyers, notaries, tax advisors, bankers, and real-estate professionals. This expertise, combined with his in-depth knowledge of everyday life in Panama, has enabled him to assist many individuals and investors with their projects.
From this experience came the idea to create a premium concierge service — a turnkey solution that simplifies expatriation and settlement in Panama. Today, our mission is clear: to leverage more than a decade of on-the-ground experience and trusted relationships to offer newcomers a personalized, reliable, and transparent support service.
